Air Fried Crispy Cashew Crusted Chicken

An easy Air-Fried Crispy Cashew Crusted Chicken that requires less than 10-ingredients to make and will not disappoint anyone! It also takes less than 15 minutes to make!

You all know I love simple and flavorful lunches. I made a different recipe using chicken this time and my air-fryer. With some simple ingredients in my pantry, I was able to whip up this lunch in less than 15 minutes.

To make this Air-Fried Crispy Cashew Crusted Chicken, you will need:
-1 lb chicken
-1 egg
-cashews (grounded down in a blender)
-coconut flour
-paprika
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-chipotle chili powder

How to make this Crispy Cashew Crusted Chicken?
First, add the cashews, coconut flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chipotle chili powder in a bowl and mix together until well combined.

Then, dip the chicken into the whisked egg. Afer, dip the chicken into the mixture, making sure all sides are evenly coated.

Finally, air fry the chicken on 370 for 9-10 minutes. Serve with a side of greens and sweet potato mashed and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, whisked
  • ½ cup cashews (grounded down in a blender)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp chipotle chili powder

Instructions

    1. In a bowl, add together the cashews, coconut flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chipotle chili powder. Mix together until well combined.
    2. Dip the chicken into the whisked egg. Then, dipped it into the mixture, making sure all sides are evenly coated.
    3. Air fry on 370 for 9-10 minutes. Serve with a side of greens and sweet potato mashed and enjoy!
