Air-Fried Sweet and Spicy Sesame Shishitos with Creamy Sweet Chili Dip


  • -8 ounces shishito peppers
  • -1 tbsp coconut oil
  • -1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • -1 tsp coconut sugar
  • -½ tsp lucuma powder
  • -½ tsp salt
  • -½ tsp onion powder
  • -2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • -1 tsp sriracha
  • -2 tbsp yogurt
  • -½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • -1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • -½ tsp minced garlic (or garlic powder)


  1. Preheat air fryer to 360.
  2. Toss the peppers in the oil and coconut aminos. Sprinkle the peppers with the salt, onion powder, sesame seeds, and lucuma powder.
  3. Coat and toss the peppers with the sesame seeds. Drizzle the sriracha over the top.
  4. Air fry for about 7 minutes until blistering and charred.
  5. To make the dip, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and minced garlic or garlic powder together until smooth. Serve with the peppers and enjoy!
