Air-Fried Sweet and Spicy Sesame Shishitos with Creamy Sweet Chili Dip
Ingredients
- -8 ounces shishito peppers
- -1 tbsp coconut oil
- -1 tbsp coconut aminos
- -1 tsp coconut sugar
- -½ tsp lucuma powder
- -½ tsp salt
- -½ tsp onion powder
- -2 tbsp sesame seeds
- -1 tsp sriracha
- -2 tbsp yogurt
- -½ tbsp mayonnaise
- -1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- -½ tsp minced garlic (or garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360.
- Toss the peppers in the oil and coconut aminos. Sprinkle the peppers with the salt, onion powder, sesame seeds, and lucuma powder.
- Coat and toss the peppers with the sesame seeds. Drizzle the sriracha over the top.
- Air fry for about 7 minutes until blistering and charred.
- To make the dip, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and minced garlic or garlic powder together until smooth. Serve with the peppers and enjoy!
