Sweet potatoes and cauliflower are some of my favorite veggies. There are so many recipes you can make with them and all do not disappoint. To make a more creative side for my crispy chicken, I decided to go with this Savory Sweet Potato Cauliflower Mash. It is flavorful and so easy to make as well.

To make this Savory Sweet Potato Cauliflower Mash, you will need:
sweet potatoes
Fresh cauliflower
Garlic
butter/ghee/coconut oil
Greek yogurt (dairy-free or regular)
Onions
coconut aminos
ground sage
fresh rosemary
ground nutmeg

Here is how you will make this sweet potato cauliflower mash:
First, fill a large pot with water and ½ tsp salt and bring to a boil. Add the sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Cover the pot and allow to simmer until the sweet potatoes and cauliflower become soft, about 20 minutes.

Once ready, drain and mash or use an immersion blender for the sweet potatoes and cauliflower until creamy.

Finally, add the salt, pepper, minced garlic, butter/ghee/coconut oil, yogurt, grated onion, coconut aminos, ground sage, chopped fresh rosemary and a few dashes of nutmeg. Mix well and serve.
