About this Recipe

By: Caitlin Greene

I love breakfast and one of my favorite meals to make is sweet potato toast. All you need are a few ingredients and you can make them savory or sweet, or a combination of both. For savory options, I like to top mine with avocados, greens, eggs, shrimps, and salmon but there are many more options available! For sweets, I often top mine with sliced bananas, berries, yogurt, nut butter, yogurt, and granola. The topping options are endless. Go for whatever you like best.

What’s to love about this recipe:

-They take about 30 minutes to make.
-You can have them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-You can serve them as a savory or sweet dish.
-You can choose an endless amount of toppings for them.
