I can never say now to having salmon and pasta together. They are comforting and indulgent, making them one of the best meals to have any day of the week and especially on long days when you want something extra filling.

What’s to love about this recipe:

-Quick and Easy: Takes a small amount of time
-Filling meal with few ingredients

Here is how you will make this 6-Ingredient Easy Salmon Scampi:
First, heat a pan with some ghee and olive oil over medium heat. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Add the salmon to the pan. Sear for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the salmon from the pan and place it on a plate.

Then, add the minced garlic to the same pan and saute for 1 minute. Add the broth, a few dashes of salt and pepper, and the red pepper flakes. Allow the liquid to reduce down to half, then stir in the lemon juice and cilantro/parsley mixed (or just parsley).

Finally, allow it to cook down for another minute, then add the salmon back and allow it to cook in the liquid for a minute. Pour some of the sauce over the pasta of choice (optional) and top with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
