Recipe:

  • 4 firm plantains (Greene and a tiny bit yellow)
  • Coconut oil
  • Spice

Preheat oven to 420. Remove skin from plantains and cut into fry shaped slices. Melt some coconut oil and toss the fries in the oil. Season with your choice of seasoning (I used cayenne and an herbed blend from Primal Palate). Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping half way. Take them out at your desired crispness.
