This is one of the days when I am craving a fresh salad. Oftentimes, some may think that salads are boring. However, I believe with a few simple ingredients, you can elevate any veggies to another level. I added salmon, avocadoes, boiled eggs, sausages and a variety of fresh veggies to make this salad bowl inviting and filling.

-paprika
-garlic powder
-coconut oil
-mustard
-almond milk yogurt
-coconut aminos
-mixed greens
-red onions
-tomatoes
-hard boiled egg
-avocado
-hemp seeds
jerky

How do you make this Garlic Paprika Salmon Cobb Salad and Sweet and Tangy Mustard Yogurt Dressing?
First, make the salmon. To make the salmon, pat the salmon dry and season with the salt, paprika, and garlic powder.Heat a pan with the coconut oil on medium high heat. Add the salmon and sear for 2 minutes per side.

Next, make the dressing. To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients for the dressing together- mustard, yogurt, water, coconut aminos, pepper, and garlic powder, until smooth.

Add some mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and avocado to a bowl. Top with the salmon and side of dressing. Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top of the avocado. Feel free to add any other veggies or toppings you want.

Ingredients

  • -Cooked salmon
  • Dressing
  • -1 tbsp mustard
  • -2 tbsp almond milk yogurt
  • -1 tsp water
  • -1 tsp coconut aminos
  • -¼ tsp pepper
  • -¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salad
  • -mixed greens
  • -red onions
  • -tomatoes
  • -hard-boiled egg
  • -avocado
  • -hemp seeds
  • -any jerky of choice or salami or cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. If you would like warm salmon, cook the salmon fresh or reheat leftovers on a pan over medium heat. Place on a plate and set aside.
  2. To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients for the dressing together- mustard, yogurt, water, coconut aminos, pepper, and garlic powder, until smooth.
  3. Add some mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avocado, and jerky/salamo/bacon to a bowl. Top with the salmon and side of dressing. Sprinkle some hemp seeds. Enjoy!
