This is one of the days when I am craving a fresh salad. Oftentimes, some may think that salads are boring. However, I believe with a few simple ingredients, you can elevate any veggies to another level. I added salmon, avocadoes, boiled eggs, sausages and a variety of fresh veggies to make this salad bowl inviting and filling.

How do you make this Garlic Paprika Salmon Cobb Salad and Sweet and Tangy Mustard Yogurt Dressing?
First, make the salmon. To make the salmon, pat the salmon dry and season with the salt, paprika, and garlic powder.Heat a pan with the coconut oil on medium high heat. Add the salmon and sear for 2 minutes per side.

Next, make the dressing. To make the dressing, mix all the ingredients for the dressing together- mustard, yogurt, water, coconut aminos, pepper, and garlic powder, until smooth.

Add some mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and avocado to a bowl. Top with the salmon and side of dressing. Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top of the avocado. Feel free to add any other veggies or toppings you want.
