One of my favorite meals to make besides salmon and sweet potato toast are Trader Joe’s gnocchis. You can serve them with a variety of sauces and they blend so well together. I especially love them with salmon on the side, making it a whole and balanced meal. I also made this Cilantro Tamari Yogurt Aioli to go with it.

First, season the salmon with the salt and Chinese Five Spice. Heat a pan with some coconut oil and coconut aminos on medium high heat and sear the salmon for 2 minutes per side. Top the salmon with some cilantro.

Next, make the dip. To make the dip, mix together all the ingredients- yogurt, mayo, tamari, coconut aminos, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice, for the dip until smooth. Head to link here for the recipe for the gnocchi. Finally, serve the salmon with some avocado, baby spinach, the dip, and cauliflower gnocchi.
