Shrimp Teriyaki with Paleo and Whole-30 Teriyaki Sauce

I made this Shrimp Teriyaki plate over the weekend and it was BOMB! You can sub cauliflower rice or potatoes and make it paleo/whole30. You can also sub the shrimps with chicken, tofu, pork, or beef. They all taste amazing together!
To make this Shrimp Teriyaki Plate and Teriyaki Sauce you will need:
-wild shrimps
-coconut aminos
-minced ginger
-black sesame seeds
-medjool dates
-apple cider vinegar
-liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce
How do you make this Shrimp Teriyaki with Teriyaki Sauce?
First, start with the sauce. To make the sauce, add the water, coconut aminos, minced ginger, black sesame seeds, dates, apple cider vinegar, and liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce in a pot and bring to a boil.
Then, simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Finally, Toss the shrimps with the sauce. Serve with basmati rice, steamed broccolini and avocado if desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- -Amount of steamed wild shrimps
- -½ cup water
- -½ cup coconut aminos
- -1 tsp minced ginger
- -1 tsp black sesame seeds
- -12 medjool dates
- -1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- -1 tbsp liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce
- -Optional: basmati rice, steamed broccolini, avocado
Instructions
- To make the sauce, add the water, coconut aminos, minced ginger, black sesame seeds, dates, apple cider vinegar, and liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce in a pot and bring to a boil. Then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the sauce into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. *The sauce will be thick so whisk in water after to thin it to your liking.
- Toss the shrimps with the sauce. Serve with basmati rice, steamed broccolini and avocado if desired. Enjoy!
