-collagen bone broth
-mini potatoes
-bbq rub
-dairy-free Greek-style yogurt
-spicy brown mustard (or regular mustard)
-honey
-coconut aminos
-garlic clove, minced

How do you make this Honey Mustard Bone Broth Chicken Tenders and Crispy BBQ Bone Broth Potatoes?

First, to make the chicken, combine the olive oil, paprika, coconut aminos, and bone broth together. Add in the chicken and toss, making sure the mixture is evenly coated for all the chicken. Then, add the chicken into an air fryer. Ary fry on 375 for 10 minutes.

After, to make the potatoes, cut the potatoes into wedges. Combine the olive oil, bbq rub, and bone broth together. Add in the potatoes and toss until well-coated. Add the potatoes in an air fryer. Air fry on 375 for 15 minutes.

Finally, to make the sauce, combine all the ingredients for the sauce together. Whisk until well-combined. Add the chicken, potatoes and sauce into a plate. Serve with some greens and avocado if desired. Enjoy!

Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp collagen bone broth

Potatoes

  • 1 lb mini potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  •  1 tbsp bbq rub
  • 2 tbsp collagen bone broth 

Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 1 tbsp dairy-free Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard (or regular mustard)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
