-avocado
-fresh cod
-coconut aminos

How do you make these Air Fried BBQ Cauliflower and Lemon Garlic Cod?
First, make the cod. To make the Lemon Garlic Cod, pat the cod dry with a paper towel. Season the cod with some salt and pepper. Mix together the lemon juice, coconut aminos, garlic clove, and lemon zest until well combined. Then, brush the cod with this mixture on both sides. Spray the cod with some coconut oil and bake the cod on 425 degrees fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes or air fry for 10 minutes at 400, then flip and air fry for another 7 minutes.

Then, make the cauliflower. To make the cauliflower, dip the cauliflower florets in the whisked egg white. Combine the garbanzo or cassava flour with the salt and pepper until well-combined. Dip the cauliflower florets into this flour mixture. Spray the cauliflower with some coconut oil and air fry at 375 for about 12 minutes.

While the cauliflower is cooking, mix together the bbq sauce with the coconut aminos until well-combined. Once the cauliflower is ready, toss them into the bbq sauce. Place back into the air fryer for about 5-7 minutes on 375.

Finally, make the sauce. To make the Tartar Sauce, combine the yogurt, mayo, relish and garlic powder together until well combined. Add the greens and avocado to a plate or bowl. Top with the cod, cauliflower and sauce.
