These Barbecue Cauliflower Wings are definitely one of my favorites. You wouldn’t even believe cauliflower can taste this amazing.

How do I make these Air Fried Barbecue Cauliflower Wings and Dairy Free French Onion Dip?
First, in a large bowl, combine the garbanzo bean flour with the almond milk. Mix until they are well-combined with no lumps. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and chili powder (optional) and mix until combined.
Then, dip the cauliflower in the batter, shaking off the excess. Air fry on 390 for 10 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and brush the cauliflower with bbq sauce. Air fry for another 5-7 minutes. If needed, add more sauce!
Finally, to make the dip, add all the ingredients except the scallions together in a bowl and mix until smooth and combined. Top with the scallions and enjoy!
Air-Fried Barbecue Cauliflower Wings and Dairy-Free French Onion Dip
Ingredients
- ½ head cauliflower, cut into florets (“wings”)
- ¾ garbanzo bean flour (or all-purpose flour)
- ¾ almond milk
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili powder (optional)
- ½ cup or more BBQ sauce
Dip
- ½ cup dairy-free greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1 tbsp onion granules
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the garbanzo bean flour with almond milk. Mix until well-combined with no lumps. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and optional chili powder. Mix until combined.
Dip cauliflower in batter and shake off excess.
Air fry on 390 degrees fahernheit for 10 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and brush the cauliflower with bbq sauce. Air fry for another 5-7 minutes. If needed, add more sauce!
To make the dip: add the Greek yogurt, vegan mayo, onion granules, coconut aminos, salt and pepper together in a bowl and mix until smooth and combined. Top with the scallions and enjoy!
