About this Recipe
By: Caitlin Greene
I made these miso meatballs last month a few times and they were delicious. I used my almond ginger dip for the noodles, which also works well on veggie noodles and as a dip. They were a huge hit for everyone including the kids so this is definitely a keeper. It doesn’t take a lot of time to make and with leftovers, you can have them for lunch the next day too.
How do you make these Honey Sriracha Turkey Meatballs and the Almond Ginger Rice Noodles?
To make the Almond Ginger Dip, mix all the ingredients for the dip together until smooth and well-combined. To make the meatballs, preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together until well-combined. Roll into balls, placing them on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes. To make the Honey Sriracha Sauce, add the ingredients for the sauce together in a pan over medium heat. Whisk until it thickens.
