I think I might need one as soon as this picture is taken and I lose all balance! πŸ™ƒ DOUBLE DECKER SUNDRIED TOMATO πŸ… AND MUSHROOM πŸ„ TUNA BURGER πŸ” Stacked on an @barelybread savory roll with my broccoli and spinach avocado pesto, portobello mushroom, heirloom tomato, and zoodles! Happy #nationalnoodleday! Now excuse me while I go devour this entire stack in one sitting! 


  • One can of @safecatchfoods tuna
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup diced mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes chopped 
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • Basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • @paleopowder Italian blend

Mix together ingredients, form two patties and cook over medium high heat in @carringtonfarms garlic coconut oil!
