Happy HUMP Day! How is everyone this morning??!! I didn’t sleep enough…damn that internal alarm clock! Anyone else WANT to sleep longer, but your body just won’t?! Aside from that, my morning has been great! Got a good workout in, and was relieved that the humidity let up a bit overnight 🙏I am trying to switch up my diet a bit, so I’ve been experimenting with a few new ingredients, and one of them is this green banana flour from @nunaturals! This flour is full of prebiotics, and it’s just a tad sweet. I made a new waffle recipe using this flour and they came out AWESOME! Just a few simple ingredients! Topped them with chopped peaches, frozen blackberries, @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt and @georgiagrinders pecan butter mixed with @sportsresearch MCT oil. 😋 I will post this recipe on the blog too. Green Banana Flour Waffles:

  • 1/4 cup @nunaturals green banana flour
  • 1 @peteandgerrys egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp @nutiva coconut oil
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Blend ingredients and spray waffle iron with @chosenfoods avocado oil. Cook waffles for 2-3 minutes at a time. •
