Pretty sure I have this on Sunday repeat. But, I’ve just been really wanting smoked salmon this week! Plus, when you make a trip to TJs and pick up a pound of wild sockeye smoked salmon, then you gotta eat it! Not complaining. 😜 Smoked Salmon salad with romaine, @organicgirl arugula, beets, sweets, red onion, cucumber, avocado, dill, capers, mustard seed and a spicy yogurt mustard dressing made with @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt, coconut aminos, birds eye chili mustard, lemon and pepper. So good! ALSO! I’m totally moved in and so relieved ❤️ Tired as heck though! Going to spend some time in the kitchen and then relaxing this afternoon! Happy Sunday!

Dressing (single serving):

  • 1/4 cup Forager Project unsweetened cashew milk yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp of birds eye chili mustard (or a mustard of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Black pepper
