Been a while since I’ve participated in TACO TUESDAY 🌮! Well, I made up for that today. After grabbing some of these delicious @sietefoods nacho chips, I knew I wanted a taco bowl for lunch. Filled this up with @organicgirl arugula and baby spinach, tomato, roasted mini peppers, red onion, red cabbage, blackened chicken, avocado, cilantro, lime and some @sietefoods nacho chips. I dressed it with some bomb chipotle yogurt dressing made with @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt, coconut aminos, lime juice and @heatandflavor chipotle hot sauce! Soooooo good! Dressing (single serving)

  • 1/4 cup Forager Project cashew milk unsweetened yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Heat and Flavor chipotle hot sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
  • A couple shakes of himalayan salt and pepper
