Good Morning loves!! HAPPY WEEKEND and happy Saturday! My morning has been awesome so far…went for a 8 am spin class at @turnstyleboston, stopped at Whole Foods on my way home, and then I came home and made this absolutely amazingly delicious smoothie bowl! That’s right, there’s smoothie under that goodness. Two things about this bowl: it’s full of flavor/tastes decadent and it’s full of adaptogens and nutrients! I made a smoothie using frozen zucchini, frozen cauliflower, steamed butternut squash, @julianbakery paleo protein, @sportsresearch beef gelatin, @wildfoodsco chaga, @terrasoul red reishi, and organic carob powder. Swirled in a little @kitehillfoods yogurt, and topped with strawberries and this DELICIOUS chocolate chip waffle from @knowfoods! These were amazing…they are paleo, grain free, low sugar and high protein…and they taste like such a TREAT. Drizzled with @once_again_nut_butter sunflower butter and @nunaturals cocoa syrup. SO satisfied. Looking forward to a meetup this afternoon with some Boston health foodies ❤️ I hope you all enjoy your day!
