I’ve been eager to make a pizza 🍕 crust that is grain free, dairy free and nut free…and still delicious! This one has it ALL. This butternut squash pizza crust has just 5 simple ingredients and it PACKED with protein and nutrients. I topped this one with tomato, caramelized onions, sautéed broccolini, chicken sausage and homemade pumpkin seed pesto for lunch today and it was 🔥 If you’re looking for something to make your Monday night a killer night, I highly recommend giving this a shot 😍 I’ll be posting the recipe #ontheblog. •

Butternut Squash Pizza Crust:
1. Approximately 3 cups of steamed cubes butternut squash.
2. 2 tablespoons @nutiva coconut flour
3. 1 tablespoon @salbachia ground chia seed
4. 1 @egglandsbest egg plus 2 whites (ALSO works with 4 whites)
5. 1 scoop @sportsresearch collagen peptides
6. Spices: I used dried oregano, Himalayan salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients until smooth, should be relatively thick but spreadable. Grease a cast iron pan with @chosenfoods avocado oil well, ensuring it won’t stick. Spread the pizza dough batter and form into crust. Bake for 12-15 mins until edges are cooked. Take out of oven, top with your toppings, then put under broiler for about 5 minutes until done to your liking. Take out of oven and devour in one sitting 😍
