Ever since my first time having a #pokebowl I’ve been wanting to make my own. After seeing Rachel’s @healthy_inreallife salmon poke the other day I knew I needed to do it. So when I was at @wholefoods today, I treated myself to some fresh tuna and of course as soon as I walked in the door this began happening 👌 organic arugula, seaweed infused shirataki noodles, sautéed kabocha, zucchini and baby Bella mushrooms in some @nutiva coconut oil, red onion and fresh tuna chunks with sesame oil, coconut aminos and @traderjoeslist “everything but the bagel” seasoning. I made a sweet and spicy tahini yogurt sauce with @kitehillfoods almond milk yogurt, @once_again_nut_butter tahini, lemon juice, @nunaturals stevia, chipotle pepper, sesame oil and salt. Sprinkled some black sesame seeds on top 👍This bowl didn’t stand a chance!!! These bowls are so much fun to put together, get creative and DO IT!! •
