You ever wake up and think, “I want chocolate!” Honestly, it doesn’t happen often to me, but when I get cravings I try to give in, typically in a healthful way. Chocolate cravings tend to go hand-in-hand with lack of magnesium, perhaps I’ll up my dose today 😳This chocolate-zucchini-cauliflower porridge was just the satisfaction I needed. Full of protein and good fats! 👌 The temperature with the hot cauliflower and frozen zucchini evens out and it is more like a cool mousse-like smoothie. Delicious! I topped it with a homemade chocolate sauce, coconut flakes (@bobsredmill), and roasted kabocha squash! So yum 👅We got quite a bit of snow in Boston yesterday! 1/2 head organic cauliflower cut up
1 small frozen zucchini (it defrosts in the warm cauliflower)
3/4 cup @lovemysilk unsweetened almond milk
1/2 avocado
1 scoop @sunwarriortribe vanilla warrior blend protein
1 scoop @sportsresearch collagen peptides
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder


Heat cauliflower and almond milk over medium high heat and allow cauliflower to steam and soften by covering for a few minutes. Add to blender with the rest of ingredients and process until smooth. Pour in a bowl and top with toppings! 😋 For my chocolate sauce, I mixed 1 tbls raw cacao powder with 1 tsp of melted @nutiva coconut oil and a packet of @nunaturals stevia.
